For thirty years, Robert "Bob" Horowitz has been a commercial attorney practicing in Denver, Colorado.   He has counseled clients ranging from individuals to publicly traded companies on a wide array of transactional and litigation matters.  Many have been clients for decades, including one of Colorado’s largest institutions for which he has served in a general counsel-type capacity for over 25 years.

The transactions Bob handles range from employment agreements to multi-million dollar investment, loan, real estate and other business matters.

Bob has also litigated a broad array of matters in state and federal courts, including lender liability and recent bad faith cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars in dispute.  Following a two-week jury trial, he received what was at the time the second largest jury verdict in Colorado history against a hospital.

I have served as an instructor at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado School of Law, and have been selected a Colorado Super Lawyer (limited to the top 5% of Colorado attorneys).

I have earned Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory’s "AV" rating, the highest rating given by the most comprehensive and widely consulted law firm directory in the country.
