NW Accomplishments
2005 represented a large lender in successfully dispensing with a $50 million lender liability action and in connection therewith, acquired for my client an aggregate mine and the only short line railroad serving the Front Range
1998 obtained the second largest Colorado verdict against a hospital in my one and only medical malpractice trial
1995 successfully litigated the high profile World Youth Day litigation which involved a licensing dispute arising out of the first license ever granted on behalf of the Pope
Mid 1990’s supervised litigation nationwide for one of the largest general contractors in the country
Early 1990’s handled the license by which client received exclusive license to reproduce Pablo Picasso’s works
