When necessary, Bob has also litigated a broad array of matters in state and federal courts, including lender liability and recent bad faith cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars in dispute. Following a two-week jury trial, he received what was at the time the second largest jury verdict in Colorado history against a hospital.
